ActivatHub
ActivatHub is the application ActivatUs uses to manage Google Ads and Google Ad Grants campaigns for nonprofits and membership organizations.
What ActivatHub does
ActivatHub is how ActivatUs clients connect their Google Ads accounts. Each client receives a unique onboarding link. Opening it takes them to Google's OAuth consent screen, where they grant ActivatUs access to the Google Ads or Google Ad Grants account they want managed; there is no separate ActivatHub account or password. The ActivatUs team then uses that access to set up, run, and optimize the client's ad campaigns and report on how they perform. Clients stay in control: the access is granted on Google's consent screen and can be revoked at any time from their Google Account settings.
How ActivatHub uses your Google data
When you connect your Google Ads account through your ActivatHub onboarding link, ActivatHub requests only the access it needs to provide the features below. You grant this access on Google's consent screen, and you can revoke it at any time in your Google Account settings.

These are all the Google permissions ActivatHub requests. If a feature does not need a permission, ActivatHub does not ask for it.
How your data is handled
Limited Use
ActivatHub only uses Google user data to provide the features described above. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising beyond the Google Ads campaign management you explicitly request.
